JCMC uses the Press Ganey survey to benchmark patient satisfaction data nationally, statewide, and at the local level with a peer group of 15 hospitals in New Jersey and New York. Patient satisfaction data is displayed in the graphs below at the unit level by measure for a 2 year period. The nursing specific patient satisfaction indicators measured and represented include:

  • Friendliness and courtesy of nurses
  • Nurses attitude towards request
  • Promptness response to call
  • Skill of Nurses
